Frequently Asked

You can upload PDF files (up to 15 MB) and image files (PNG, JPG/JPEG). PDFs are recommended as they allow for rich formatting and multi-page designs. Images work great for single-card invitations.

When designing your invitation in any tool (Canva, Illustrator, Word, etc.), leave blank spaces or type placeholder text like "Guest Name" or "Venue Name". In CrafyArt Invites, you map those spots to your CSV columns — and we fill them in automatically for every guest.

Personal WhatsApp uses your own phone number by scanning a QR code — best for small guest lists (under 100) who know you. CraftyArt Official uses a Meta-approved business API, is safer for large lists (1000+), never needs a QR scan, and carries no risk of number ban.

Your CSV needs at least a mobile number column (with country code, e.g. 919033134374). A name column is recommended. Any additional columns become custom variables you can use in your message. Our AI auto-detects which column is the mobile number and name.

Using the Personal WhatsApp method for very high volumes carries some risk. For 200+ guests, we recommend the CraftyArt Official channel which uses the official WhatsApp Business API and is fully compliant with Meta's policies.

Yes! When creating your campaign you can pick any future date and time. This is especially popular for auspicious muhuraat timings — set it at midnight and your invitations go out at the perfect moment automatically.

Each successfully delivered message consumes one credit. Test sends also use one credit each. Credits do not expire. You can purchase more credits from your account dashboard at any time.

Failed messages are shown clearly in your campaign detail page with an error reason. Common causes include invalid mobile numbers or numbers not registered on WhatsApp. Failed sends do not consume credits.
